What is the Telecommunications Equipment Purchase Program? The TEPP program is to help people with disabilities buy the equipment they need in order to use the basic telephone services. The TEPP program is one of several different programs paid for by the Wisconsin Universal Service Fund. |

County, Inc. We will help pick out equipment and process the application. TEPP rules do require that the applicant: |

There's no age or income
limit, but application can only be made once every three years for the same
type of disability. Persons can also apply for Telecommunications
Assistance Program (TAP), which pays the $100 co-payment for
income-eligible clients with hearing loss. |
